Buildertrend is an industry leading project management platform. It keeps complex projects on track and simplifies builder’s workflow to calm the chaos in their business. SBGA site level members will receive access to ready to use, workable templates tailored to the Australian building industry. Weekly administrative assistance will be available to site members as well as regular one on one and group training around Buildertrend.

We have worked closely with key suppliers to offer SBGA rates on major construction materials. You will access up to date pricing ready to load into your ordering software or to keep on file and reference when ordering. SBGA members will order directly with the supplier gaining access to group discounts and special offers.
Marketing Audit
Together with Floodgate digital, SBGA members will receive a marketing audit on their website, social media and other platforms and receive a plan of action to help maximise the impact of these platforms. Floodgate will offer members discounted website builds/editing access as well to social media assistance where required.
Event Invites
The SBGA’s goal is to create a community around best building practice. We look forward to rolling out local social events as well as information sessions and online forums to discuss issues members are currently experiencing.
Learning Portal
The SBGA have developed easy to understand learning resources around areas such as sales and client relations, business support, accounting, legal assistance and resources around builders coaching. Teaming up with the HIA, SBGA aims to provide members with simple easy to navigate information tailored to the builder.
Builders Coaching Resources
The SBGA aims to help builders learn more where they need improvement understanding that each builder is unique. Site builder will involve one on one coaching and mentoring for two hours every 8 weeks directly with Jeremy Magee to help grow their business in a sustainable way.

Design and Planning
The SBGA have partnered with select designers and planners in your region to help builders in quoting, designing and rolling out a project. The SBGA will direct you to professionals they have partnered with in these areas to deliver the best possible outcome.
